Client’s may schedule online up to 2 hours in advance for same day appointments
New clients must arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to fill out paperwork, use bathroom, begin relaxation process
New clients may print out intake form and complete prior to appointment
Returning clients must arrive with enough time to use restroom and begin relaxation process
No-shows, cancellations or re-scheduled sessions without a minimum of 12 hours’ notice will result in full charge.
Multi-session program or package holders will forfeit sessions based on cancellation and no-show policy
Cancellation and no-show policy applies to gift card holders and session will be forfeited without 12 hour courtesy notice
Due to the limited space, same day semi-private class no-shows, or cancellations will result in forfeit of class from package
Please know we understand emergencies do happen and we will take each case in consideration.
Payment is due in full at time of appointment
We accept payment in the form of CASH, CHECK, CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, VENMO, PAYPAL
