Guided 30 minute session- very much like our in person session- I will guide you through a tailored self- massage treatment using tennis balls, foam rollers, stretching and breath work. We can absolutely work on everything you need from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Treatments for anxiety, symptoms of depression, headaches, shoulder/neck pain, low back and hip/sciatica pain. Takes place over ZOOM this is a private session by appointment.

Reiki is a Japanese word that means UNIVERSAL LIFE FORCE ENERGY, the intention of this healing frequency is to harmonize, balance and heal the energy of your body.While I cannot claim to "heal" anyone, your body's innate healing abilities are supported through a nurturing energy balancing treatment. All you have to do is set up a relaxing atmosphere at home- set yourself up on a chair, couch or laying down. I will guide you through meditation, prayer and energy transmission.
